These photographs were made by a family member, then passed on to Opusstuf for editing and composite. The following are the comments by the photographer:
“This is a collage of photographs of the Aurora Borealis we took from Chena Hot Springs, Alaska near Fairbanks. It shows astonishing amounts of light energy derived from electrons blasted through the electromagnetic North Pole on a cloud free night in March 2025. The most common are lime green ribbons of light, less common red ribbons and even more rare blue ribbons of light. Sometimes they oscillate and sometimes they are stationary. Auroras are visible near the north pole and the south pole on Earth and also on other planets as well. These images show only one example of the types of energy in our universe. Astonishing!”
